"Not gonna lie, I don’t really feel..."
Not gonna lie, I don’t really feel comfortable letting my kid use webkinz anymore. It looks cute on the surface, but the moderation doesn’t seem strong enough. I came across things in chats and rooms that just shouldn’t be around kids, and reporting them didn’t feel like it made much of a difference. For a site aimed at children, the safety really needs to be better. We ended up stopping altogether.

"Updates made it way less fun"
I used to really enjoy this, but the newer updates have made it feel a lot clunkier. Some of the older features I actually liked are just gone now, and overall it’s not as fun as it used to be. What’s also frustrating is getting inconsistent answers about what changed or why certain things were removed. It just feels like the experience has gotten messier instead of better...

"Still a Sweet Throwback After All These Years"
I played Webkinz all the time when I was younger, so logging back in felt like such a fun little trip down memory lane. The site still has that cute, cozy vibe I remember, and I loved seeing the old pets and games again. Sure, a few parts feel a bit dated or run a little slow sometimes, but after actually revisiting it, that almost adds to the charm for me. It’s not perfect, but it’s still a really nostalgic and enjoyable brand to come back to...

"I got a Webkinz plush for my kid..."
I got a Webkinz plush for my kid, and it was really cute. It was soft, looked like the picture, and the tag with the code was still attached, so you don’t have to worry about that part being missing or already used.
Redeeming it on webkinz.com was simple. The site was a little slow when I first got on, but once you log in and enter the code, the pet shows up right away. Overall it was a fun little purchase, just wish the pages loaded a bit faster.

"Runs way better than I thought it would"
Webkinz has been loading fast for me, and I barely get kicked out anymore. I did have, like, one little glitch in the arcade, but a quick refresh fixed it right away. Overall, it runs smooth most days, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Account recovery was a real headache"
I got locked out of my account the recovery process just didn’t work for me. I tried the steps a few times, but kept hitting dead ends. Support did eventually respond, but it took way longer than I expected. If anyone else runs into this, I’d suggest saving any account details or backup info ahead of time, because getting back in can be really frustrating

"Fun, but it hurts how fast the coins disappear"
I really enjoy playing on Webkinz and picking up little things with my eStore points. It’s cute and fun, and most of the prices feel fair, but wow, the virtual currency runs out so quickly. I just wish it lasted a little longer because it’s kind of disappointing when you’re having fun and suddenly realize your points are basically gone.

"Support got back to me fast"
I was trying to get into my kid’s old Webkinz account and wasn’t expecting much, since it had been a long time since we used it. I figured these kinds of older accounts can be a hassle, so I wasn’t sure anyone would actually respond.
I sent a message to support and heard back the next day. They asked for a few details, and once I sent those over, they helped me get back in without turning it into some big complicated process. Based on this one experience, it seems like their support is still active and useful.

I’m giving 4 stars because the first reply did feel a little copy-and-paste, which I guess happens with support teams, but after that the help felt more personal. Overall, it was a good experience...

"Still a fun way to pass the time"
I didn’t expect webkinz to keep me entertained for that long, but it kind of does. There are a ton of little games and things to mess around with, and even though it’s simple, actually, maybe that’s part of why I like it, it’s still really fun when I just want something easy to play.

"Membership just isn’t worth it anymore"
The membership has gotten way too pricey for what you actually get now. What makes it more frustrating is that whenever there’s an issue, it’s never clear who’s actually responsible or who’s supposed to help. Everyone seems to pass it around, and it just doesn’t feel worth paying for anymore.

Webkinz Q&A

After opening my webkinz for the day, i noticed that i had a package from my niece. it had 3 cute items in it. i was then asked if i wanted to send a thank you back to her. when i tried to send a thank you package back it said i could not send items to a non member. :-\ i went back and made sure that all the items were not member only things. they were! i thought that maybe this was the reason... it was not. as her family of 5 brothers and sisters could not afford a monthly subscription, i'm left feeling very disappointed. :( i'm not able to return a fun thank you gift to her because webkinz is wanting money! i want you to know i loved sending my niece stuff. i am so disappointed in you webkinz people. i love to play your games and even got a year membership. (a paid membership should allow one the ability to send anyone a package, especially a package full of non-member items) i feel like you have gotten greedy and taken a good wholesome activity to an unaffordable level for families.

Can you please downgrade webkinz to the way it was before the latest couple updates? i hate that it is now pay to play and i despise the heart thing

When will we get our items from our old docks back? i had several thousand in the dock ..we never agreed to have them taken from us. so many things don't work..so are so slow the kids become upset and run out of time to play...grandma doesn't even have that much time. before you add more new fix all the old.
